Responsibilities:
- Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast the company’s financial status
- Produces and manages balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
- Assists with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization
- Liaison with Parent Company auditors
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation,
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly reports according to Parent Company Guidelines
- Responsible for Ad Hoc reporting for upper management
- 1099 Reconciliation
- 401K Report Platform including contibution uploads and 401K audit
- Oversees and maintains HubSpot CRM Platform
- Manage relationship with PEO for benefits/payroll; administer benefits program
Qualifications/skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in accounting software (experience with Projector PSA and Quickbooks a plus)
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting
- CPA or CMA a plus
- Public Accounting experience a plus
- Experience with migration to a larger EPM system a plus
