THE DIGITAL MARKETING AND INNOVATION CENTER OF EXCELLENCE is responsible for providing digital marketing and innovation subject matter expertise on ER strategic consulting engagements, developing offering intellectual property (IP) for use with the internal team and clients, and continually monitoring digital trends and opportunities that shape how Evolution Road delivers client value. 

Your primary responsibilities are:   

  • Help facilitate internal sharing across the organization, between the Center of Excellence and consulting team 
  • Project manage timelines and track progress for Center of Excellence key initiatives 
  • Support the development of Evolution Road intellectual property, including tactical, analytical, and executional frameworks 
  • Develop or update deep dives or points of view on specific healthcare provider (HCP) non-personal promotion (NPP), consumer, or innovative digital opportunities  
  • Support client assignments by developing landscapes or exploring new, innovative offerings  
  • Facilitate collaboration with potential partners or vendors, including managing meetings and presentations, distributing and documenting partner and vendor capabilities, coordination between internal groups, etc. 
  • Support Evolution Road market presence by supporting the development of content for the website, promotional emails, blog, social media, editorial opportunities, conference support, etc. 
  • Apply Evolution Road’s proprietary strategic, tactical, analytical, and executional frameworks to consulting engagements and deliverables where support from the Center of Excellence is required 
  • Support client engagements in the delivery and presentation of client deliverables as a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare provider (HCP) non-personal promotion (NPP), consumer, or digital innovation 
  • Structure and analyze complex data yielding meaningful insights, applying Evolution Road analytical frameworks, and developing and communicating recommendations to clients 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS  

Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2-3 years of work experience in an agency or consultancy, preferably in healthcare.  

Requirements:  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel 
  • Extremely strong organization and time-management skills; a proactive and diligent nature 
  • Project management or project coordination experience a plus  
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fast learner with demonstrated success in fast-paced environment 
  • Sound judgment and interpersonal skills 
  • Personal alignment and passion for objective recommendations aligned with client interests and delivering impactful results  
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and deliver highest quality on tight deadlines  
  • Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized
