Monique is a health technology leader focused on leveraging technology and ingenuity to improve mental health. Her background uniquely combines training in clinical psychology with deep experience developing corporate strategies and commercial traction for some of the world’s most innovative data, digital health and therapeutics businesses. Monique’s track record includes executive-level positions at leading bio, data and consumer health technology companies, where she worked with top scientists and technologists to develop novel products and innovative commercial partnerships. Before joining Woebot Health, Monique was Chief Strategy Officer at the precision CNS biotechnology company BlackThorn Therapeutics, where she led corporate and platform strategy, and corporate development. Before that she was Global Head of Strategy, Partnerships and Products at the precision medicine company iCarbonX Group. Monique has also held executive level positions at PatientsLikeMe and Decision Resources Group, and served on Google Health’s Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the Albert Einstein Medical School and Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service, Science Technology and International Affairs from Georgetown University.

Evolution Road’s 22nd Holiday Dinner | Being Thankful
In December, we held our 22nd Holiday Dinner, and had a blast! We held a Rock ‘n Roll Happy Hour to celebrate, enjoyed classic rock trivia, name that tune and even co-created a song with everyone helping with the tune and the lyrics (of course we had professional help here). Unfortunately, we weren’t able to be together in person, but fortunately, we were able to have a lot of fun virtually and spend time with each other, and all our families, together. It warmed my heart, and I am so thankful we had the chance to celebrate together.
